Purpose
The purpose of the New Orleans Building Corporation is to own, lease, develop and operate properties owned by the City of New Orleans or by the Corporation.
Composition
Seven members.

The Mayor;

The two councilmembers at-large;

One district councilmember selected by the City Council for a one year term; and

The Mayor appoints three members approved by the City Council for a three year term.
Term Length
As indicated or ex-officio members serve terms concurrent with time in respective office.
