The City provides the Crash Incident Data information subject to specific understandings, and all users view, receive, and use the information subject to these understandings.
1.The information, including related displays, information, and maps, is not confirmed, but rather is raw data which reflects the initial unverified calls for service information. Based on preliminary reports and review, the information is subject to error, investigation, correction, update, and reclassification. In addition, viewer displays, reports and maps may not show the same information. The City of New Orleans makes no representation that the information is accurate, complete, confirmed, investigated, timely, consistent, or correctly sequenced. Users must not consider the information reliable and must not use it to support decisions, conclusions, identifications, comparisons, or sequences of events.
2.The City of New Orleans is not responsible for any error or omission in the information, or for the use of the information by third parties, or for the results of any use of the information. The City does not authorize use of the information for commercial or public mapping purposes.
3.Although the City may attempt to do so, the City is not responsible to update, correct, detail, explain, maintain, or complete information displayed on the Crash Incident viewer. The City is not obligated to display any particular information, report, or activity on the viewer, and it does not guarantee continuous, correct, or maintained viewer operation or availability.
